Data Deletion Instructions

Casa is a mobile application provided by tribecadigital, Inc. You can permanently delete your Casa account from within the app by following these steps:

1. Open the Casa app.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Open Settings.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Type DELETE and confirm.

What Account Deletion Includes

Account deletion cannot be undone. Deleting your account includes the data associated with your Casa account, including your designs, comments, likes, and follower/following relationships.

Your data is handled according to Casa’s Privacy Policy, including its data-retention provisions. When you delete content from the App, it is removed from your account and, where applicable, from view by other users. Deleted content may remain in backup systems for a limited time to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and maintain security. We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes in the Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

If You Cannot Access the App

If you cannot access the Casa app, email team@imaginecasa.com from the email address associated with your Casa account and request account deletion.

Instagram Stories Sharing

Casa’s Instagram Stories sharing feature does not use Facebook Login. Casa does not store your Facebook or Instagram login credentials.
